DRR day trip to the Quantock Hills

Car/ Van share and meet up for 10.30 start. Meet point is Crowcombe Gate, which is up the hill out of Crowcombe village. TA4 4AB. Park about 200m after the cattle grid in the open area. Look out for the ice cream van!

Pub lunch in Holford. Bring some food with you
Big hills so ebikes or fit riders. Some ‘red grade’ technical terrain but top quality.
Journey time from Poole area is normally 2 hours but allow an extra 30 mins for holiday traffic. The best route is normally via Dorchester/ Yeovil. Then A3088 and A303 to Ilminster. Take the A358 to Taunton and continue towards Minehead. Look out for the Crowcombe sign.
