South Downs MBR route

Meet for 0930 start in the car park of the garden centre at Stansted House, free parking, it’s recommended in local walks guides. It’s a couple of miles outside Emsworth near Portsmouth. What3words ///surnames.encourage.affords.
The route was in MBR magazine last year, I’ve slightly adapted it. It’s epic, lots of climbing, 3000ft+ so not for beginners, only fit keen riders with a sense of humour! It’s a 30-35 mile route. The route takes in a section of the South Downs Way turning off it before boredom sets in ? then lots of single track, some technical. Bring snacks for the ride, plenty of water, no planned stops until the pub 4 miles from the end. This will likely be an all day ride, unlikely to finish before 3pm and it’s 1-1.5hr drive home.
