wobbling on the wednesday

after a brilliant day at Queen Elizabeth Country Park today, i thought i might a day earlier than last week for wednesday nights ride

I really enjoyed doing the beginners ride last week and was very impressed  with improvements over such a short period but i am back to normal this week, with a 10-15 mile ride with some up and down bits thrown in for free

and like normal i shall be making it up as i go along.
